Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you book and are SCHEDULED for a same-day appointment, changes will need to be made no LATER than 30 mins prior to arrival. You will receive 70% of your deposit back. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, or 30 minutes prior for same-day appointments you will lose your deposit unless you reschedule for another day. If you choose to cancel completely without proper notice deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions. All deposits pay towards your services if you complete your appointment.
